for those of us who stay up all night.

and find ourselves lacking energy halfway through the day...

here is the secret.


drink a cup or two of coffee or a dopio espresso...

then, immediately afterward, take a 15-25 minute nap (no more, otherwise you'll enter REM sleep and once you wake up, you'll feel worse than you did before) So set that alarm!!!

the thing is, the caffeine takes about 30 minutes to kick in sooo....
once you wake up, you be ready to go for twice the amount than if you had just done one or the other.

(if you wait too long after drinking the coffee to take your nap, you won't be able to actually take a nap)

im telling you, it works. i swear by it.
